These terms apply when you use PBN Studio to create paint-by-number projects or order printed canvases. They are written to be read, not to intimidate. Last updated 4 August 2026.
PBN Studio converts photos you supply into numbered outlines, color keys, and printable files, and — when you order — printed canvases delivered in South Africa. Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) at checkout and include what the order summary says they include.
You keep every right to the photos you upload and the projects you create from them. By ordering, you give us the limited permission we need to print your artwork and deliver it. Only upload photos you have the right to use — please don't upload someone else's copyrighted work or images of people who would object.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider, PayFast. Production begins after payment. Each canvas size lists its production time before you order; delivery time is added on top. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full.
Printed canvases are made to order from your personal photo, which limits change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Protection Act's custom-goods provisions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are always our responsibility — see the returns and refunds policy for the process and timelines.
Don't use PBN Studio to create unlawful content, resell generated patterns as your own product, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may decline or refund orders we cannot reasonably print.
We supply the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. These terms are governed by South African law. Questions belong at hello@pbnstudio.co.za.
