Terms of service
These terms cover the free paint-by-number editor and downloads available today. Proposed terms for paid orders and printed canvases are set out separately below.

Your photos, your rights
You keep every right to the photos you upload and the projects you create from them. Only upload photos you have the right to use — please don't upload someone else's copyrighted work or images of people who would object.
Fair use
Don't use PBN Studio to create unlawful content, resell generated patterns as your own product, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Care and law
We supply the service with reasonable skill and care. These terms are governed by South African law. Questions belong at hello@pbnstudio.co.za.
Planned for future versions
The following proposed terms would apply to future paid orders and printed canvases; these services are not currently available.
Printed canvases and permission
The planned service would offer printed canvases delivered in South Africa. Prices would be shown in South African rand (ZAR) at checkout and include what the order summary says they include. By ordering, you would give us the limited permission we need to print your artwork and deliver it.
Orders and payment
An order would be accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider, PayFast. Production would begin after payment. Each canvas size would list its production time before you order; delivery time would be added on top. If we could not fulfil an order we would refund it in full. We may decline or refund orders we cannot reasonably print.
Cancellations and returns
Printed canvases would be made to order from your personal photo, which limits change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Protection Act's custom-goods provisions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders would be our responsibility — see the proposed returns and refunds policy for the process and timelines.
Liability for paid orders
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim would be limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
