Orders and returns
For future paid orders, signed-in customers would be able to track orders, download invoices, and start returns directly from the account area in the app. These order tools are not currently available.
Order-support emails would use the same inbox; include your order number if your question is about an order to save a round trip. The proposed returns policy and delivery page describe the future service.
