Delivery
Printed canvases are produced to order, then couriered anywhere in South Africa. Delivery costs R200, and it's free on orders over R500.
Production starts once payment is confirmed. Each size takes its own time on the print table:
Courier delivery is added on top of production, typically 2–5 business days depending on where you are.
When your order ships you receive the courier and tracking number, and signed-in customers can follow the order from the account area in the app.
Numbered outlines, color keys, and printable files are delivered instantly in the app — no courier, no waiting.
If a delivery stalls or arrives damaged, email hello@pbnstudio.co.za with your order number. Damaged orders are covered by the returns policy.
